More Than a Team. A Place to Develop in salem, or.

Salem Hawks FC is a youth soccer development program based in Salem, Oregon, focused on helping young players grow technically, tactically, physically, and mentally.

We believe every player develops differently. Our goal is to create the right environment for each athlete to gain confidence, improve their ability on the ball, understand the game, and most importantly, develop a genuine love for soccer.

Development is an art. We take it seriously.

FAMILY CULTURE

Welcome to the Hawks Family

One of the things that makes Salem Hawks special is our community.

Players, parents, coaches, siblings, and families all contribute to the environment we are building.

We want families to feel connected to the program and comfortable communicating with our coaching staff.

Youth soccer requires commitment from everyone involved, and we appreciate the families who trust us with an important part of their child's development.

When you join Salem Hawks, you're not simply joining a soccer team.

You're joining the Hawks family.
